アクセス
自動車道盛岡ICから国道455号を2時間ほど走り、久慈岩泉線を30分ほど走ったところにあります。
公共交通機関では、盛岡駅から岩泉龍泉洞線バスで2時間20分ほどで着きます。
駐車場からほどなく歩くと受付があります。洞内はヘルメットを着けて見学します。
鍾乳洞
いざ入洞。
かなり細い道を進んでいきます。
台風の影響で一時水没した箇所があります。
進んでいくと、立派な鍾乳石がたくさん見られるようになっていきます。
舗装されていない感じが、わくわく感を引き立てます。
炭酸カルシウムの純度こそ高くはないですが、貫禄のある石柱やつらら石などをたくさん見ることができます。
調査の痕跡が残されています。
鍾乳石のネーミングセンスも絶妙です。
鍾乳洞を出てから
洞は入り口と出口は同じ場所です。入り口でヘルメットを借りて、出口で返却です。
Cかず～の感想
整備されている感を感じさせない整備されている鍾乳洞です。照明設備がしっかりとしているケービングができる鍾乳洞です。ゲームの世界に入ったようなわくわく感だらけの鍾乳洞で、ふるこんぼい的にはかなりおすすめの鍾乳洞です。
ガイドの方と回る予約制の探検コースもあるようで、さらに奥も探検することができます。
アクセスは良いとは言えませんが、龍泉洞に行く予定があるのならば是非安家洞も寄ってほしいです。神秘的・幻想的な龍泉洞の方が好きだという方の方が多いかもしれませんが、冒険感・わくわく感の安家洞の方が好きだという人も少なからずいると思います。
